Thanks Chip I did fairly well on it plus I took a lot of stuff off my CVO that fits well on the trike. I agree with the acquired taste. Certainly if one lacked upper body strength they would or should shy away from a tri glide.  I have found a 19" enforcer wheel and tire at a good price probably going to buy it and out it on the front.  Don't know if it will make it steer better or worse but they sure look cool.  Picked up a net set of CVO mufflers going to pit them on Sunday if I can get the rear bolt out.  Not exactly easy access to the rear muffler bolts.  Certainly will look better and may add a little throatier sound.

Hope your recovering well from surgery.

I have often thought my next "bike" will have three wheels. We ride one every chance we get at demo days and bike events. The traditional triked like the HD are easier on the upper body than the reverse trike offerings such as the Spider. Both can be lots if fun.

I've found that if you "lean" your body into the turns it helps make it a little less awkward. Something about centrifugal force and all that.

I hope you both enjoy many miles together on the new ride.

Went over to Orlando today and installed my painted inner fairing and CVO dash pad. Also put on color matched heat shields.

Hmmm
I might need some of those blue heat shields.

You may get a volume buyer discount. By the way I see what all the talk has been all these years. Blue is faster.

I think you (and Chip) are correct.  My '17 blue cvo is faster - and I'm liking it!

Nice trike btw.  Hope you and the Mrs. have miles and miles of smiles riding it.   :2vrolijk_21:

Thanks Jerry. Took a short ride today out to Ozello Key road has some 10 &  20 mph curves for a few miles and it handled great.  Man the blue just cuts the wind. Lol

If I had known the road ended I would have gotten the pontoons to go with it.

Otello trail is the most curvy road I have found in FL, fun to ride.  Peck's Old Port restaurant out near the end has good food.
