Dear valued Harley-Davidson Advisory Community member,
For more than a century Harley-Davidson has built connections with riders from all around the world. Listening to you, our riders, has been essential in helping us to deliver the products, services and experiences our customers value.
You have played an important role in helping us understand the needs of our customers. During your time on the H-D Advisory Panel/Community, you have provided us with your thoughts on over 300 different topics. This feedback has gone directly to various teams in the organization and has influenced decisions related to products, marketing and events just to name a few. On behalf of Harley-Davidson, we extend our sincerest gratitude for all you have done as a member of our research community.
We want to inform you that the time has come for us to move forward from the Harley-Davidson Advisory Community as a way to collect feedback. We will be building off the success of the Advisory Community and will broaden our efforts to reach customers and enthusiasts through a variety of other methods.
Again, thank you for the time you have spent with us, and the opinions you have offered. As a valued member of the H-D family, you will continue to play an important role in representing the voice of the rider.
Though we won't be asking for your feedback through the Community going forward, we encourage you to share your experiences and enthusiasm for riding at your local dealership, events/rallies, on the H-D social network sites and with your friends and family.
