Hello from Indiana - USA
I would like to be the first to welcome myself to the CVO Owners Group
My handle is FIXER3 and you guessed it - I ride an FXR3 - she's green -
She's my 5th HD in as many decades - I don't change up too often
I started on a Knuckle, then a Pan, next a Shovel, an Evolution and now....my first Fxr, of course, also and Evo.
I have ridden 100's of bikes and spent many moons in the saddle.
If my bikes could talk, they'd have me doing life...I trained them well
I guess that I have treated my bikes better than myself and why not, they do for me what I cannot do for myself.
In times past I have eaten beans and hot dogs for months on end to afford upgrades, rebuilds, chrome and accessories.
I ride in all kinds of weather.
I don't own a trailer.
I remember my first electric foot and my first two cable throttle like it was yesterday
I have rebuilt them all and learned as I went
This is the first I will keep basically stock - I see no good reason to change perfection.
I am both happy and proud to be here and hope to be a worthwhile addition to this venue.
I look forward to hearing from other Fixers.
