Have not made many motor mods to my '16 CVO RGU, just head pipes and VH Monster Oval mufflers.  Used a preconfigured downloadable tune on my Fuel Pack to flash the ECM.  Was recommended that I run it in auto-tune mode for a while and will get better results.  Any pros or cons you can think of?

There is only upsides to auto-tuning to recalibrate the fueling for your bike and its production variables that exist with every bike.
There is no good reason to trust a canned map will be "close enough".
Since the tools exist it's more than worthwhile to go through the auto-tune process a couple times.

Definitely do the auto tune. It's a great tool. The auto tune feature is the best thing.  I did mine and it runs fantastic. . Really happy with it and was never at the dyno tuner.  My motor is so happy with me....    Stuart.

I just installed VH FP3, Dresser Duals, and Hi Output mufflers last weekend. I'll be sure to do an auto tune, hopefully tomorrow if the rains stays away.
