Finally got the red bike in the wind again!!!!!

well,,,the artic freeze has a lull in it for the moment!!!!!! 50+ here today so got tohe old gal out whil i had the chance.....was nice to be in the wind again, but still too much crap on the road for my tastes...
but still..it felt good to put a few miles on her...
with any luck may get out again tomorrow!

Mine was resting in the CSHD shop. New painted parts go on this week. Glad to hear you got out!

Good news Scot.  I did for about an hour yesterday.  Was the first time in too long here also.  Got a few days coming up this week that are supposed to be good enough too.  So already looking forward to at least a bit of time on the bike again.  Hope you thoroughly enjoyed the day  :2vrolijk_21: !

OUCH,,  haven't any off you heard of SALT.

they use a lot of it up here in the north.

when the roads are white,  my bike don't go on them.

around here its mostly sand ..a little salt and that chit they spray on....  but its mostly gone

Sorry guys, but it's been between 60 and 80 here in the Bay Area for the last week and a half!  Been getting a lot of riding in and enjoying it!  This is why we pay the rediculous housing prices...

well,  we do get our winters here.

but Forbes Magazine just rated the Buffalo, NY area #1, as being the cheapest least expensive, most economical place to live in the country.

so I guess I'll  have to keep putting up with our winters. :apple:

Better weather is around the corner and that's about how far I rode today. Just too much salt for me too. But a short spin and just being able to hear those pipes again was hard to resist. :2vrolijk_21:
