You're just a Slut, Don..a real bastard...
Thankyew.... Thankyewveramuch

(I know it's meant with affection.)
You cannot fill those beautiful legs with anything less than cartridges, it would be like putting cheap pantyhose on a beautiful woman's legs when they call for pure silk....so just cough up a few more bucks an get it over with. If you act now, they'll be back and on the bike before it's time to do any serious riding.
Iyiyiyiyiyiii. Have been slowly realizing the same thing myself the last hour or so. One of those "d'uh" moments. Shouldn't right now. But what hell. It's only money and it's not like the government won't make more of it.
Frack!
They rook mahvelous....
Thanks again. I'm real pleased with them also now that I finally got them in hand. A couple of minor issues. Whomever was their painter left a fingerprint under the clear at the very bottom of one of the legs. Given the various lines and where it's it at though I can actually fix that for far less hassle than sending things back and forth. The vendor also didn't notice that the axle clamp at the bottom of the left leg has peeling chrome. Fortunately that's not an issue either.
Their art work is very nice. They were very good about adjusting to my directions as we went through the process to make it just exactly what I was telling them I wanted. Couldn't have asked for a better experience in that part of the job. They did need a bit more attention to detail on those things there at the end. But, fortunately in this case, they're not deal breakers. After I sent them photos of what was delivered I'm guessing they'll be more careful next time too. Especially if someone watches them closely.
They were, in the end, a relatively typical vendor experience to deal with. Slower then suggested. Not quite 100% when it came to managing all the little details for quality. But nothing that isn't fixable with the important part of the job being really spot on for what it is supposed to be.
