Not impressed. Played with it for a few minutes and it is a very simple program which is good, but there are other map planning programs (tyre, HD Ride planner and tour start) which do the exact same thing without charging you $59.99 a year to be able to save a GPX file.

Has some neat features like showing you the ride with an elevation chart, no much use to us FL guys, I planned a 95 mile ride and gained 5 feet. Lol, plus you can plan off road trips if you dirt bike, but still not worth $59.99 a year when the other free programs have most of the same functions.

Thanks for the info though.

The biggest benefit I see of that is in the paid version, you can use the maps/directions offline. That is the problem with most maps today not GPS is that when you have no cell coverage you are SOL. That's worth the $ right there.

I'm guessing most of us are using mapping software to upload a GPX file to our bikes or a standalone GPS device. So not sure offline or online makes a difference to most of us period I might be wrong

I don't use GPS (and will not unless I am very very lost) so that mapping function is very relevant and is a selling point to me.

Unless I'm missing something, you won't use a gps, and you seem to have some aversion to using a gps.  But you will use gps software on your phone?

I'm not seeing the difference  :nixweiss:

If I'm lost I'll turn the GPS on to use it, it's just a tool. But in the past it has taken me over 'roads' that are basically 4wd trails, like so. So now I decide for myself what roads I go on and having a map like this revere thing that still works without any cell service would be nice.

Is the picture one of the roads your GPS took you down? LMAO
