Alarm system

When i try to disarm the security system it wont let me get by the second digit. Is anybody else having this problem with 17 CVO limited.

is your alarm going off when you hit the 'enter' function on the second digit?  if so, that would lead me to believe that you are entering the wrong number for the second digit.  if you have your fob, then go through the procedure in the manual on changing the pin, it will show you what your current pin is, and if it is incorrect, then you can change it to the right one.
