Sometimes when starting the bike the radio controls don't respond.
My start up procedure has always been the same, in neutral, toggle run switch to on, wait for engine light to go off, start the engine.
On my last road trip a new problem started with the radio, no sound, no display. This happened a couple times, along with the couple times of the radio works but not able to control it. Pulling over, shutting off engine, wait 10-15 seconds and restart like normal and the radio works again. Dealer said they are on a second update re flash the radio that should take care of it.
Just wondering if anyone else has had this happen with the radio. And will be dropping by the dealer Saturday for the re flash, hope it helps.

 I have experienced the same and read of many others that have also. I am on 1:21:0:4 update and have not experienced dead controls in many months.
