We had a great time this trip. The Harley aspect of the trip was fantastic as we learned and saw a lot. Our trip to the Plant was great as we were the only two people there so it was a very personal tour. One evening enjoying some custard we ran into an engineer from the product development plant, interesting conversation. The local roads weren't all that great, enough so I shouldn't complain about PA roads so much. The interstates weren't all that bad. The food was ok, nothing special or at least what we had. The area is beautiful this time of year, I wouldn't want to be there in the winter! I'd go back in a few years just to see any changes to the Museum and to see what I missed this time around. The Race of Gentlemen exhibit is great. The 2018 races in New Jersey are on my list of events to attend. Overall we had a great time and really enjoyed everyone we talked to while riding around.

Puzzled.... looks like you and the wife had a blast!! Thank you for sharing the pictures. When we was at the museum the area that has all the bikes warehoused was caged off. Looks like you all got in that area. One again thank you.

David

No problem. We did the behind the scenes tour which got us access to the archives. Money well spent. The plant is in the middle of the model year change so we couldn't do the steel toe tour however our guide was excellent and more than made up for the lack of access.

Nice pictures, looked like you guys had fun and great weather. The jellystone campground you guys stayed at is 5 miles from my house. Forgot to send you a message about meeting up and riding, maybe next time.

Kevin

Other than a couple nights of showers the weather cooperated with us. I park the bike under the patio that is under the awning! Which direction are you from the campground?

We missed the steel toe tour so gives up a reason to go back....lol. Trip was a last minute deal when I was in Green Bay for work. 2 more years and the youngest will graduate. Might be a great graduation present for the wife and I...

Glad you enjoyed your trip and all is safe

Dang Puzzled! I was there at the same time. I think we had our Missouri Dealer VIP tour just before your tour Saturday morning. The Wild Ones Vintage Bike Show was great. Met Willy G too - had him sign my vest.

You're right about the roads. I commented that every WI DOT employee needs to ride a hardtail and the problem would be solved quickly!

I'm sure we crossed paths several times that weekend. Hopefully we get to meet one if these days!

Great pictures, enjoyed your journey!

X2 on the roads, especially the streets in Milwaukee.  Potholed, uneven manhole covers, multi rough patched mess.  Have been a few times, does not make a good impression.  City is very bike friendly, except for that.
