Seat replacement update
« on: February 24, 2007, 12:29:50 PM »

Hello All,
Many of you wnated me to update you an the status on my battle with Harley over the warranty replacement of my seat due to holes in the passenger pillion. Finally, Aspen Valley Harley stepped to the plate and I received my new seat today. What a great thing, considering the dealership I bought the bike from told me it was just "character" and nothing could be done.
Thanks to Kent, Rob and the whole gang at Aspen Valley Harley. :bananarock: :bananarock:

10 to 1 says that Aspen Harley ate the cost of the replacement.

Nice way of getting your business from now on. Great marketing :2vrolijk_21:

If it is marketing, it IS great. They do have my business from now on. I echo what I have heard on this site many times. Although we are all looking for a bargain, most of us don't mind paying a little more for good service and trustworthy advice. I am one of those people.
