Support for Road King Classic bags

I just picked up a 2000 Road King Classic and the saddlebags are caving in. Does anyone make a support brace to hold these into shape? What have others done about this?

Yes there is a company that makes retrofit support pieces. Sorry, but I can't remember the name but they do advertise in the bike magazines and internet.
