Really a great movie. I was laughin' all the way through.  The Peter Fonda appearance was great.

I LOVED the scenes at the very end during the credits. Hope you all stayed to see them!  :huepfenjump3:

I concur with Bret, If you didn't stay for the credits thinking it was a commercial you missed some of the best parts!

And I might add, the Tuetal's proved they really can't act!

saw it last night.  kinda dissapointed.  i guess it was entertaining enough and there were definately some real funny scenes, but thought it could have been much better.  I thought Travolta was week relative to what you would expect from him.  I guess i was expecting a bit less of a silly slapstick movie - then again, it made me laugh and it was about riding so what the hell - worth seeing.

Where were they riding with NO fooking traffic ? Obviously the roads were closed for nearly all their shots, but it would sure be nice to find some like that.  :2vrolijk_21:

C'mon now guys, the movie is not a documentary, its "entertainment". And on that level it was entertaining.

Years ago when Backdraft came out all the fire dudes said "the movie sucks - its not real - we don't work that way - yada yada yada".

It wasn't about being real, it was entertainment, and on that level it was good. Remember when the Harriers blew up the Florida Keys bridge in True Lies? It wasn't real, but it was fun to watch them simulate a pair of fighters blowing it up.

I went to see it this weekend...I thought it was funny as hell being hit by a low flying BAT myself, and having it stuck in my leather  ???  strange things happened on the road!   Did anyone catch the part when the cop wakes them up on the campsite...his police bike was layed down, with the directional on.....I laughed hard thinking he was in a rush to "join in on the fun "  and just dumped the bike.....but as he walked away to leave....his bike was on the kickstand waiting for him....as a matter of fact it was a different bike all together!  I think what happened was they were shooting the scene, and the bike fell during the shoot, and they just ran with it thinking no-one would notice...I did.....LOOK AT THE HARLEY ON THE GROUND...WHAT A SIN :(    if you have'nt seen it yet...check it out....I personally could relate to most of it, and I'm only 37....maybe not mid life chrisis yet....but getting out with some buddies, and heading out on a journey to no particular place....what better movie for a biker  ;D   Hope other people enjoy it as much as I did  :2vrolijk_21:

I saw it the other night and thought it was great.  It was made to entertain and it did just that.  It was exactly as I expected it would be.  You don't look for serious acting in that type of movie and I thought they all did a good job.  I'm not sure where they feel it was gay-bashing.  I didn't see it that way.

Just went by the drive-in on my way home. It's playing! Now that would be cool... going to the drive-in on bike to see the movie.

Cops should probably complain that it was law enforcement bashing.
