Well guys, I finally got some shots of my new Bushtec.  But before I show it here is a photo of TJ and his new trailer at Bushtec.  As I said earlier when HQ and I pulled in TJ was there to pick up his.  What a coincidence!  It was great meeting a new cvo friend.  Here's to you TJ.  Ride with pride buddy!

When I got there Andrew Preston had my trailer in his studio getting some shots.  May be in a forthcoming Bushtec brochure.  That would be kewl for sure.

From the rear.  We tried to mimic the orange strip at the rear of the trailer to look like the bike with the saddle bags with the stripe and the rear fender without.  What do you think?
I got two more of the Screamin' Eagle medallions like I put on the saddlebags to put on the trailer.  Try to do that this weekend.

Hey Jerry, that's a slick looking trailer. The paint came out great. What did they do for the Black Ice, or did they use Vivid Black? Maybe they can paint Hard Saddlebags to match the SERK? ::)

Your trailer seems more streamlined than TJ's. Are they different models? Best of luck with it. Now you can carry a spare clutch assembly with you! ;D Hoist! 8)

Thanks Howie.  Yeah they are different models.  TJ got the Roadstar and I have the Turbo +2.  The Turbo +2 was the original Bushtec model and is somewhat larger than the Roadstar.  Both are great looking trailers.  Go to the Bushtec website and check them out.

They did not use vivid black but duplicated the black ice with the speckles and all.  Ditto on the orange and the brownish fade as the orange/red stripe meets the black.  Darned if I know how they can do it so well but they nailed it.  If you could get them to paint hard bags and/or trip trunk you would not be disappointed.  But I can tell you that won't happen now that busy season is here.  I had considered repainting the trailer I had but decided to sell it and buy an new one.  They do the repaints in off season about Nov thru Jan.  Give them a call later on they might do it for you.
