Can't buy a milk sandwich for a million bucks around here. It kills me. Some white grass and schools are shut down for the week. People call off of work refusing to drive. I couldn't imagine what would happen if these people moved a couple hundred miles north and had to learn how to drive.
I can relate to that idea. Being from Omaha, I grew up experiencing full four seasons. Many years, tons of snow/ice and associated driving experiences. Fast forward to later in life, and I live for about 20 years in Raleigh, N.C. Due to the "Research Triangle Park" in the area, lots of "drivers" that became residents there that HAD NO CLUE WHATSOEVER as to how to drive in icy/snowy conditions.
