I've only been riding 3 years, I got into biking during a mid-life crisis.   I managed to swing a harley by telling the wife it's better than another woman.  Funny thing was, it worked.......
Soooo I reckon I'm probably a serious wanabee.  I don't believe a bike should be parked in the garage for 9 months so I get out and about when I can and have managed to clock up 20kmiles+

I must be a motorcyclist...have been since age of 12 when I bought my first bike.....a Jawa 250.  Traded my go-cart in on it with some help from my Dad.  My dad and uncle rode motorcycles of various manufacture starting back in the late 20's.  My dad did some racing on a 1928 HD, but his all time favorite was an Indian Scout...don't remember the year though.  I guess I have an affliction/affection of the two-wheel syndrome since it has run in the family for so many years.  I've had many different motorcycles over the years...most of which were/are HD.  I think that labels aren't important...some people like to have 'em and some are offended by 'em.  Not everyone can afford the bikes we have whereas those that can afford 'em can't find the time to ride them as often as they would like.   The point is....everyone's story is different and a label ain't gonna make a whole lot of difference yesterday, today or tomorrow.  Me, I just like to ride.

Call it what you want, that last line says it all about all of us. And that's exactly what makes us all Bikers! And it don't get no better than that! ;) Hoist! 8)

I have been ridin bikes for 25 years and really don't care what people say or think of me or of them. We all ride to have fun and thats the bottom line. Howie said it best. Were all bikers. As far as wannabe stuff. I just do it instead of wanting to :coolblue:

Well, I guess I'm a Real Wannabe RUB Poser Motorcyclin' Biker - although after the purchase of the CUSE and all the "bling" you guys will help me buy, "Rich" ain't gonna fit ;).
It don't matter.  Like EZRIDN said so eloquently - "Me, I just like to ride."  My kinda "biker".

OK, I've got to ask - what's a RUB?  (I actually know, but I'm just asking for those that might not have a clue.)
