What my question should have said is :- What Fender Tip would look best to hide the two hole left in the rear fender once the HDI license mount is removed?

The dealer is suggesting the tip from the Heritage classic.

Ha Ha Eqcons ,you're right I should do my homework brfore putting my question to the Forum.
Both Fired00ds and Bisounours pictures of the HDI license mount are the same as mine.

No offense intended James, but that's some ugly chit they put on the back of ya'lls bikes over there.. :puke:   I really like what Jacques has done with his, though I know he has not decided on the plate/frame yet.  It's a shame they make you guys put those big honkin' license plates on, but looks like E came up with a solution that won't get you in too much trouble... :nixweiss:

Your choice!  Any you choose, illuminated like mine, or not illuminated like Jacques.  They all fit, using the same holes as the ugly HDI number plate bracket.

You're right TCnBham I am going to lose the HDI mount and relocate my license plate to above the stop light as Eqcon suggested.I just have to hide the holes and wonder if there is a better option than the two tips I have just posted.

There are lots of different pattern lenses for the (illuminated, but you don't need to connect it!) that clip in to the one you like, James.  For example, the fender tip on mine (see the photo I posted yesterday) is the same tip, but with a smoked lens instead of the bar & shield one you saw, and there are others too.
