2019 CVO 117 Dyno Test! Before and after Fullsac MX Pipe.

I had the recent pleasure of working for Joe and Trish Chapman of Safford Az. As the weather took a turn for the worse, I was expecting a cancellation. Not a chance! This seasoned Touring couple geared up and rode through rain and cold to get their brand new 2019 CVO 117 SG set up with an MX Pipe and Dyno tune. Joe had already installed our CVO Power cores and Techmat in the stock mufflers. Base line pulls in 5th gear were stopped abruptly by the 107 MPG speed limiter. The TTS Tuner took care of the speed limiter and needed fuel adjustments for the MX pipe. Final pulls in 6th gear showed 103 HP and 121 Torque! As always, the MX pipe and 2.0 baffle combo delivered big torque right off the bottom.

Steve,

Question for you.  I have a 19 CVO RG with your 2.25, header and TTS map.  What advantage would I get to also have it tuned.  I live in SW Florida so I would take a ride to Doc.  But I dont really understand if there are tangible benefits.  Thanks

If your running a map I sent, the power gains will be little to none. Doc is the best, if there is any power to be had he will find it. I would suggest saving the dyno money for after a cam install. Now we are talking about some real gains!
