Twolane,
I am thinkink of the
kuryakyn curved license plate holder (3163) for the Street Glide for my 07SERK.  The light bar is the same and there is no chrome on the lower fender tip.  I know it will fit, but after downloading the install instructions from Kuryakyn (which is an excellent feature) I cannot determine if those four screws in the corner are real, and can you use them to remove the plate to add a sticker, etc.  The instructions have you slide the plate into the holder before bolting the assembly back onto the fender.

Thanks

Yes, functional screws.  The backplate/mounting bracket is all one piece.  Install it.  Then lay the plate and outer visible cover over the top of it and run those four screws in to hold them down.
