Yes, it is getting the gear drives and I told him to put on a new pump.  There isn't a dyno anywhere around here.  Is there a recommended map for this setup?

Jb, what ECM mod are you currently running or is the ECM stock? If you have no Dyno's anywhere (hard to imagine), I'd probably recommend the TMax w/AutoTune, which is self tuning. What you have now is important to know if you're going to modify that. Hoist! 8)

As of right now the bike is bone stock, pipes and all.  The only mod that is getting done is the gear drive cams. I am having that done because the bike has 37,000 miles on it.

I was confused on the ThunderMax website.  It shows the auto learn ecm replacement for 2004 and newer bikes, mine is an '02.

Jb, I'm not that familiar with the product. I don't use it. Yet! Call Zippers and discuss your application with them. They will be able to answer your questions. http://www.zippersperformance.com/

Just to clarify the SE-203 (which came stock in your SERK 95 incher, is a 510 lift. So you already have an increase over the 88's. As for the 570 lift, you would need to replace the valve springs. Later model CVO bikes like the 103 and the 110, came with S.E. high performance heads. ours did not. Stock heads/valve springs will work with up to approx. a 540 lift. I just had my stock heads ported/polished/stiffer springs and decked so I'm at 10 to 1 compression. I also put in the S &S 570 gear drive. Regardless of your plan the first thing you should do if it hasn't been done is a stage 1. (air cleaner and less restricted pipes). And yes you will have to flash your ecm or if you plan on doing several modifications as you go you may want to think about a power commander or Harley racer tuner which allows you to adjust for mods as you go. Harley charges $50.00 each time they "flash" or adjust your stock ecm.

I've tried several things with my 02 SERK (candy brandy wine of course) so if I can be of any more help please let know.

As I recall the SE203's came stock in the 95" CVO's, at least the non-California models, but I may be wrong. Someone can double check their parts book for the p/n.

Here's some basics on SE cams and the appropriate springs, etc. to use. Also the full specs on the CVO253 cams. Anyone know what series HD cams are in the new 110" , still 253's or ?
