Any of you fine Se Fatboy owners know where I can get a "Blowdryer" style A/C cover that was fitted to the 103" SE Fatboys ?

I'm about to take delivery of an FLHRSE3 and I will be fitting the Doherty Powerpacc A/F kit to it. I guess the fatboy cover will fit to it like the SERK cover. I'm also hoping that the SE110" insert off the new cover will fit into it.

Any information will be greatly appreciated.

Just need to know if the centre roundel from the American FLHRSE3 A/C cover will fit it now ?

I don't think it will as the center insert is a lot smaller on SEFB style cleaner but hey I don't know for sure
If I remember correctly the new one at Ernie's says "Screaming Eagle 103" but again I don't know that for sure
My suggestion is to give Ernie's a call and ask all your questions and if there price is reasonable buy from them or if not bid at ebay

Nige, the insert on this cover appears to be much smaller than the '07 SERK insert, and uses a single hole in the center. The SERK cover goes on with the single center screw, but the insert goes over that with 5 screws around the perimeter of the insert. Maybe you can use it wothout any insert at all. If you want one, I'd check those on EBay or call the dealer like Jeff said. The P/N listed on the one on EBay does not show up on the HD accy's. website. You might want to find out first about the insert. This was a Softail A/C. in '02 and don't know what's available for it. I seriously doubt you'll find a 110" insert for it though. Hoist!

I think you could be right Howie. I have looked through numerous catalogues and websites and have not come up with an insert that would fit this cover. Guess I could get one custom made though.

What rock did you crawl out from under? BLOWDRYER STYLE A/C COVER crikey I nearly pissed my self! It is actually called a Tear Drop A/C cover & the SE fatboy insert is VIN protected but even if you did get one it has 103 on it. They still look great with no insert at all

Hi Aussie - hope you manage to get hold of some Kleenex for that problem you have 

I would class the Tear Drop style A/C Cover as the ones that S & S produce. If I had tears as big the drop on the SE Fatboy cover I think I'd drown !

Looks much more like a Hair Dryer to me  Having said that you are right that the MoCo described it as a 'Teardrop' cover.

Yeah I managed to contain my problem, but it is still a Tear Drop Style cover. I kinda see where youre comming from you mean like a garden blower or motorcycle dryer dont you?? but to me it just doesnt sound right calling it a blow dryer style cover
