The standard tire for a 2009 FXSTSSE3 is a D407  240/40R18  79V.  Harley still sells them, as does Michelin and Metzler.  I wouldn't be surprised if others like Avon and Pirelli also have that size.

I can find plenty of the 240 40 18 but all are radial and no radials for the front tire which is  130 70 18 and you not supposed to mix radial and bias ply.Only place that has set that match is Harly stealer.

You will likely have a problem trying to find a bias ply rear tire in a size that will properly fit your rear rim.  You will most likely have to mix tire types, or dig more to find the proper size radial for the front.  I found a couple, I'm sure there are more.  If you're just trying to avoid buying from a dealership due to price, check some of the discount dealers.  Also, check some of the prices for the other brands online and you may find they aren't necessarily significantly less expensive.

Metzler has a 130/70R18 to go with that M880 rear I mentioned earlier.  Dunlop sells the Elite 3 in the correct size radials for your bike, front and rear.  Pirelli also sells radial tires to fit your bike.  I didn't get a chance to check Avon or Michelin, but there are tires out there that will fit your bike in the stock sizes.

I know it's a pain in the rear to find tires for certain models Harley blessed with oddball rim and tire sizes, but in this case there actually are alternatives.
