I have the 2013 CVO Road King myself and it is the IPOD in the left saddlebag that is saying Low Battery over your sound system.

I fully agree, mine has done just that.  I also have a 13 CVO King

Thanks ISKI but the voice is definitely coming from the bike! My GF even heard it yesterday! I believe it may be a low battery in my iPod audio system? And no check engine light flashing but not even sure how to retrieve any DTC's! My factory shop manuals are confusing! They're listed in a 2013 Touring Service manual & also have a FLHRSE5 supplement. And nothing on the iPod audio systems! Ugh!

Whew, glad you pin pointed it, cuz if Harley's ever started talking to tell us what issues they are having, I'd have permanent hearing damage. LMAO.
