connecting sena 30k to bike

bought the sena 30k for last bike. now i have 2016 sreetglide cvo and cant get it to connect to bike. HELP

If you haven’t bought a whim, installed and flashed the ECM, that’s your problem. 2016’s didn’t come with it.
