Well you know you guys can count on me to help spend more of your hard earned cash, right? Well, the MoCo has decided that we don't warrant a hot rod suspension on our hot rod SERK's. They really haven't done much with the FLH/FLT suspension in like, forever! Want a sport-bike type suspension on your SERK? Something responsive that will help handling and ride?

Terry was nice enough to set up a Group Buy with Traxxion Dynamics. There's a thread in the Wheel/Tire/Suspension/Brakes Section ( http://www.cvoharley.com/smf/index.php?topic=10136.0 ) about a Cartridge Insert for our front forks. I ordered this and have an appointment in Sept to have it installed (in Atlanta) before Hot Springs. Since they are a Progressive dealer too, I'm having them install the 440's at the same time. I'll be restoring my ride height back to the stock RK height. Lower suspension might look cool, but I'd rather get my lean angle and clearance back. I don't care what the bike looks like standing still, at the expense of compromising handling and ride! Since the group buy is for 10 units, I thought I'd let you SERKers in on it if you didn't catch it under group buys. Yeah, I know, pics! You'll have to wait until I return from Hot Springs in the fall. I thought you guys should be aware that your "fast" SERK's can be made to handle too! Time to start spending again! Hoist!

Boy oh boy, Progressive 440s on the rear and the full cartridge setup on the front.  That'd be sweet.  It must be sweet getting that on your ride in September before anyone else.  Oh, wait, the red bike will be done on Friday  !

Yeah, but I'll have all summer to listen to you guys rave about your new suspensions, get complete up-to-the-minute road reports, and see that they are as good as we expect! Actually, I'm jealous, but can't get down to Atlanta before then. I'm not leaving my bike apart at this time of year to do any major work. Also. I'll get some good miles on before then and will be completely used to the way it rides. Then I'll have something to compare on a long road test too! I might feel the urge to go home from HS thru Deal's Gap though! Hoist!

Never realised before how contagious this OCD/OPD disease is. You can even catch it from 1,000's of miles away having never been in contact with the person who eventually gives it to you !! 

Please can somebody close Hoist's CVO account and bar him from access to the Forum, as the UK/USA Trade Deficit balance is now starting to swing in the wrong direction.
