That's right, I have given in once again to the OCD that is pandemic throughout our cherished CVO site. Those of you who know me, know I am sucker for new chrome.

After a year of waiting for the stock polished Centerlines to repair themselves (and they didn't), I went down to HogPro ( a local store, nationally advertised ) to see exactly how much I could spend without wanting to slit my wrists after spending so much money.

The mod list includes HogPro Diablo Wheels, Hubs, Diablo Rotors, Diablo Pully, some Performance Machine Calipers front and rear and a set of new Metzler 880 18" tires.

The total expense, including Los Angeles tax and installation was $4,208.00. The emergency room bill including stiches (none) and psych eval (they suggested Meds to keep the OCD down) was not too bad.

The ride is very smooth, looks great (to me) and me thinks was worth the money. The next step is to have the original Centerlines chromed in Texas and keep them until I intend to sell this SEFB.

If this doesn't cure my OCD fix for the season, I'll have to find a new hobby.

By the way do you use a sert map?I have thunderheaders on mine stock configuration if its not much trouble i would love to try your map.Let me know please.

You don't muck around do you. But I agree if you see something you like you  just got to get it! I am quite surprised how good it looks, considering I'm only used to seeing solid wheels on Fat Boys. I see you also made a excellent choice in tyres. Do the new brakes make any difference?

We both wish. Running in burning buildings when everyone else is running out doesn't pay much (at least compared to the risks).

You don't muck around do you. But I agree if you see something you like you  just got to get it! I am quite surprised how good it looks, considering I'm only used to seeing solid wheels on Fat Boys. I see you also made a excellent choice in tyres. Do the new brakes make any difference?

Of all people you, who changed headers and pipes like most people change their socks, remain "only used to seeing solid wheels..??." Come on old friend, your everchanging SEFB is one of the hottest looking bikes around these here parts. Do you know how close to going to the fatBoy fat rear end ? This was my primary desire for our year bikes.

I am still in the break in for the PM Brakes, however almost immediately the stopping was more stable and effortless. I'll write ya back after the first 100 miles.

Altugo, It's been a long time. How's the bike running now a days?

In answer to your question, I am using the SERT with a custom configuration map created by the wizzards at World Thunder, Canoga Park, CA. I have a V&H 2-1 ProPipe and a 51mm throttle body by Horsepower Inc., and an Alpha Mentor "N". How does this sert map help you with yours setup?

Nice config there kona i guess mines not gonna work with that.Hows your HP and Torq after those changes?
