18 month Experience Survey from MoCo

I received my 18 month Ownership Experience Survey, today from the MoCo and was asked to evaluate my servicing dealer.
I scored my dealer very high in most/all sections as I truly feel that I get great professional service, they go the extra mile for me

However on the back page of the 4 page questioner I was able to express comments about H-D products, services and so forth
Well you 2006 FLHTCUSE Black Candy Crimson's and Majestic Green Pearl owners would/should be proud of me as I let it out that I thought:
The MoCo did a huge disservice and their Area/Region Service Managers did a terrible job in getting the owners of these two colored CUSE a quick resolution.
I hammered in the questioner about CVO owners were not treated fairly and I thought the MoCo didn't handle the paint situation in a professional manner,

Not sure if it will do any good but HEY The MoCo ASK'd and I thought it was my Responsibility to let the MoCo KNOW

Thanks for doing that, bro...even though I was fortunate enough to get good paint on my bike (late in year production), it has made me sick reading about the problems our fellow brothers/sisters have had trying to get their problems straightened out by inept reps, and irresponsible MOCO customer service.  If/when I get one of these surveys, you can bet I'll hammer them too!!

Thanks Jeff, cant wait to get my 18 month survey. It may ignite itself by spontanious combustion after i put down my comments.

I just got my 18 month survey on an 06 Ultra I bought. First check mark is do you still own the bike? Nope. Then,. don't fill this out. I've never kept a bike long enough to be able to fill out a 18 month survey. This SEUC is a keeper tho. The Thundermax cost too much to trade it off!

#2 is the only 1 that wil get any results. MOCO does not care how upset you are. Too many people lined up for new H-D's I guess.  :drink:

If you choose option #2, you could always place the a$$ wiped survey in the business reply envelope and send it in.  I mean, if they're gonna give you chit.....................what goes around comes around.

I'm thinking about doing the same thing when I send in the check to the IRS on 17 April.  Fuggers!  Already got me for 5 digits this year........and they still want more.  Uh huh!  Alrighty Then!  I make a "special" check for them.


Mr. IRS dude.........if you happen to belong to this website, I'm only venting.  You will receive your money with a clean check, and I will go back to mindin' my owwwwwwwwn bid'ness.  Just PLEASE don't audit me!!!!!!! :huepfenlol2:
