Upgrade to 50mm TB before/after dyno

Found a NOS Zippers 50mm Thundermax TB assembly. Good results, see dyno

So for either HP or torque no improvement until 3500 or after with both slightly less until 3250 with the new throttle body?  How much time you spend riding above 3500?

Does the gain come in the RPM ranges you regularly ride the bike?  If so you're likely enjoying the difference so congrats on having it done.  The improvement is a little late in the curve for the way I most commonly ride but it's not my bike so that doesn't matter at all.

Correct about the usefulness of the extra HP & TQ, I also mostly stay in the 2500-3500 rpm range, but it’s for those times I want to WOT. If you look at the original cam, which I changed to to a RS 575, it only came on at 6000+ rpm, so it’s a bit a back to the roots,
