Need Bluetooth help!
« on: September 04, 2020, 11:55:24 PM »

Been using Iasus speakers for a few years now and love them. They came out with a new bluetooth headset that I have been waiting for as it has a built in amp that is clear and loud with their speakers. I installed on my BMW through the Garmin and it worked perfect. Today I installed on my 19 Roadglide with the GTS system and I could not get any sound (audio or phone) through my helmet. I know it paired as it beeped through my helmet signaling it is paired and the bike showed it was paired. I called the service manager at my dealer and he thinks its not compatible with the WHIM. I am hoping he is wrong but cant figure out why else it would not work? I use Apple Play on the GTS.
Anyone know the answer here?

I can pair mine and use the hand controls for volume etc from my phone to the headset. Just can’t use CarPlay. Screen shows info on what’s playing.  :nixweiss:

You mentioned that you have been using Iasus speakers for years. Have you used them on a wired HD setup and if so, how did you wire them in? Did you add a female3.5 mil plug in the wiring or just go wire to wire. I don’t want to use a throat mic. I would rather he just replace speakers. Thank  You for any input
