My friend is buying a NON CVO Street Glide and wants to do a full sack exhaust system. This is not a “want to buy request”, but a question as to whether or not any CVO’s came with a flat black exhaust system. We have looked and only seem to find them in semi gloss/gloss finish. Since he is set on Fullsac I’m looking to help him by installing cores on some CVO mufflers.

easy enough to paint them, and hit the other shields to match

or a powder coater could/can match them to the shields

he does make cores for regular exaust too you will need to ceramic coat because paint will not hold up to the heat

No CVO from 2017 and newer has flat black mufflers, only gloss black, satin brushed and chrome.
