I have a 2011 Screaming eagle road glide CVO. It had electric locking system for tour pack and saddlle bags, well locking system isn’t working on dash or key fobe. When I press them I don’t not hear anything. I can lock them manually but not sure why they aren’t working. I can in lock them with dash and key fobe no problem. The dash and key fob only unlock, anyone have a clue what it could be ? I would greatly appreciate it
