New CVO Owner

Just traded a 2016 SGS for the 2018 CVO RG, Bike had 9000miles on it, after a week I am know at 10K, The SG I bought new and  had done some mods on it. rear wheel numbers where 102/104, not planning on doing as much on the CVO other than Fulsac MX pipe and cores. gonna keep it mostly stock. Been riding over 40 years, Been riding Harleys since early 80's.

Congrats and welcome to the tank and to this site. Which color did you get? And yes it matters! LOL. You will also want to upgrade your oil pump unless it's already been done and while your in there ad a better set of lifters, S&S tappet cuffs and a good torque cam. You'll be glad you did.

It is Battleship Grey, Been looking over some of the definite to do's on the bike, like the oil pump, lifters and lifter cups, cam may be down the road as one of the first to do is is to change out the exhaust, Just got the Fulsac Header pipe last night and dropped it off to friend who does ceramic coating, That is gonna be a couple of weeks as he is busy and the only one around who does this locally.
