Ingredients:10.0 lb (80.0%) Canadian Craft Brewers Pale Malt - added during mash
1.0 lb (8.0%) Crystal Malt 60°L - added during mash
1.5 lb (12.0%) German Wheat Malt Light - added during mash
2.0 oz (36.4%) Hallertau (3.9%) - added during boil, boiled 60.0 m
1.0 oz (18.2%) Hallertau (3.9%) - added during boil, boiled 50.0 m

NotesDouble ground grains. Added Campden. Used 20-22 drops of baby gas drops in boil @190. Worked great.
Re-hydrated yeast. Boiled water in tea kettle, added 8 ounce to measure cup, covered with wrap, let cool to 82. Added dry yeast. Waited to start of boil,
placed on stir plate with short magnet, stirred for 30 minutes to end of boil. Shut down and let sit till pitch.
