You said d00d took three, so I waited for three. Only got one thing to say Tony.....AWESOME!!! All the best to you. Get it set up and picked up and break her in! And of course.....PICTURES!!! Also, with all this time you had planning, we're expecting this thing to be fully loaded by the time we see it. Let's see that list too! ;)

Good luck Tony. See you with it in YORK! Hoist! 8)

Congrats on the new scoot!  You're gonna love it -- I just turned 10k on mine (got it 9/1/06).

Let the spending begin.

Tony,
Looking good bro!!!  Gotta agree though, I got a little chill up my spine seeing how close that kickstand is to the edge of the back dock there.  ???  But I know the "boys" at Waugh's will take good care of you and your ride will be looking sweet by the time you pick it up this weekend.  What all are they going to be doing to it before you pick it up?  C'mon inquiring minds have to know.  :P  Are you picking it up Friday or after the chapter meeting Saturday?  I actually think I'll be able to attend this month's meeting. :o  First one this year.  Congrats again Tony, I know you can't wait to toss your leg over the saddle and fire that beast up.  8)  And by the way, as you already know, you chose the BEST color. ::)
Cheers :2vrolijk_21:,

Thanks everyone.  And Chief a special thanks to you for pointing out what I'd overlooked.  Holy chit!  Fortunately she didn't "side-step".  Talked to the shop today.  Got some bad news - no SERT.  They'd ordered mine couple of months back, but I'm told it wasn't shipped because of the "upgrade" - 07 and later version Part # ends in "G".  I'm in the same shape as everyone else.  I called all the usual suspects and no joy.  Spoke with the lead mech.  The bike has the "flash" from the factory.  He recommended break-in stock, and then SERT, true duals and breather change.  So, that's the plan now.  I'm a slow starter with parts.  Wild 1 Chubby bars and of course the stealth chrome riser clamp;  long, angled highway peg kit; chrome switch button covers; SERT (when it arrives); V&H true duals; roll your own A/C.  I've also got the J&M antennas, Clearview 9.5 Euro-lip windscreen; and the Custom Dynamics led brake/running light for the tour pak (the TCnBham "trick" light - thanks Terry!).
Will pick up the digital dipstick when I pick up the bike.  Several other things on my list, but these will have to wait until winter when I'm spending a bit less time on the road ;).
Howie - I'm still a hold out on the slip ons.  Waiting for someone to tell me how the S&S Police interceptors are working out for them!
Again - thanks for all the great info on here gang!  Pictures when I finally get to see her in person and bring her home.

What's supposed to be the difference between the "F" model SERT, which I have, and the "G" model?  Is it just software??

I don't have a clue, Charlie.  Gary (mech at Waughs) just told me if I could locate a SERT to be sure I got the "G" part # suffix.  Sounds like from the other info on here about the "recall/back orders/etc." that it's probably a software "improvement" of some sort.  I'll see if I can find out anything further and let you know.  Hope you can make it Saturday.  It's looking now like I may trailer the 03 down and bring the new girl home in a box  :(.  I'd certainly prefer to ride, but the weather just doesn't look too favorable at this point - snow in April in VA??!!!  I'll see what the forecast says later this week before I make my final decision.

Tony,
Appreciate the info.  I was looking forward to riding riding down Saturday in hopes that we could take the new scoot out for a good breakin ride...but it doesn't look too good right now and I'll probably be coming to the meeting in the, gasp, truck!!  So I don't blame you for being carefully and trailering the new ride home.  Not one bit...we'll have plenty of time to get out and do some serious riding.  ;)
