My first Harley was a new 2012 Street Glide. Rode that for years and ended up selling to fund some other toys. Fast forward 8 years, and I found myself missing a big bike. I recently picked up a 17 CVO Limited.
I only have a few miles on it since it's winter here in Wisconsin.
I did all the fluids and inspected casting # on the oil pump, which looks original, so I will be monitoring that. Likely cam and tune over next winter with new pump lifters and such.
The stock radio with boom 1 was not up to my standards, so I installed the HDHU.14SI. It was still not loud enough, so I have the Stage 4 kit coming from Volunteeraudio.com Hertz SP4.900 with SX and SX165neo speakers. I also picked up the harnesses to pre wire for saddle bag lid and lower fairing speakers.
I'll probably start a thread on that install if anyone is interested.
Either way, I'm happy to be here and looking g forward to getting some miles on this summer.
