Im in Texas and asked my dealer if he had ever installed them be for...he said never.  I find this strange.  Seems like a good idea but got at least 6 months to worry about it.

They've only been out about a year so and they're aftermarket parts.

I will look at geting them in the spring.  The lowers look too good on the bike and I like the extra storage...but I hate being hot.

Speaking of leg fairings. Has anyone heard of aftermarket speakers that could are made for the stowage compartments? I heard they exist but have not seen them.

I'm afraid the sound won't be as good with the SEEG as it is with my Ultra.

I did notice 60 watts per channel instead of 40 the Ultra has.

And information that I got from a friend that works at world headquarters (office job....but he'll remain anonamous to protect the not so innocent) told me that the speakers are the 80 watt speakers so it should be a pretty good system.

Of course I'm getting the King Tour Pak, color matched so I'll get the rear speakers, also.....like my Ultra Classics had......on a quick release, of course! [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]

I have two friends that have the Leg Fairing vents and they love them!

One installed them, the other sent his lowers to have them installed.

They sound like a good idea, but I'm not thilled with cutting holes in the lowers.  Probably have to have them painted to match.

If I rememger correctly, that part of your fairing is black.

The eGlide Goodies come in chrome.  That's what I had in my Ultra Classic.  There in such a location that nobody ever noticed them, even in chrome.  You almost have to bend down to see them.
