Schuberth Helmet
« on: April 27, 2025, 01:51:47 PM »

:confused5: Thinking of getting a Schuberth helmet but still want to use a cable to connect the helmet to the bike.  Presently have a Bell Star with the HD full face speakers and microphone being connected using a cable.  Can not figure if can modify the Schuberth to this arrangement or not.  Only thing that know for sure is that the Schuberth comes swith speakers preinstalled.  Not really interested in modifying the bike for the wireless headset.  Read reviews about the Schuberth and need to get to a dealer to try it on and the same for the Shoei.  Also looking at the Shoei Noetec 3 but have the same question.

I just purchased a new Schuberth C5  XL.  I've had a C3 for many many years and thought it time for a new on. Loved the C3.  I've had several rides with the new C5.  I love it.  Fits a bit tighter, due to new pads.  The new air ventilation is amazing.  I had to shut off the top vent because here in MN, it's not real warm yet.  I ride alone, so I don't need the communication system.  I use wireless Bose Ultra noise canceling ear buds, bluetoothed to my phone and music.  They work great and now, no wires to mess with.  I'd buy another C5 in a minute.
