Well I did it
« on: May 05, 2025, 11:58:34 AM »

Had a problem getting my bike parked in my garage not a lot a room so when I pull in I need to steer the bike to a hard right to park between my tool chest and Honda SxS to park it.  Problem the other day was when I pulled in there had been some oil spilled on the coated cement floor non visible the bike slid out from under into the garage wall.  Well I ended up scratching the front next to the head lamp.  It's not bad but noticeable.  What and how could I get that replaced or repaired on a 2015 CVO black with silver flames.  Thanks in advance for any info

Might want to check with dealership to see if painted parts are still available to order, that would avoid any downtime. :nixweiss:

thanks, I ordered a new one from the closet dealer to where i live they said it would probably 30 days out which is fine.  The problem I have now is with State Farm whom I've had for 25 years on not only my vehicles but my house.  I paid out of pocket for the part and filed a claim from the company, I didn't keep track of the time I spent trying to explain this is off a CVO bike they want to search for used part to replace much like they would for a damage older car.

Had to replace a fender on my 2015 CVO RGU a few years back and filed a claim with Geico.  They went up as much as they paid out.  I’ve been told by dealership painted parts are no longer available for my 2015 Burgandy Blaze.

Once again, Xtreme Dimensions is excellent and specializes in HD and CVO. If I ever need an exact match again Joe is where I'll go. He won't ship it until it is perfect.

Insurance companies are in the premium collection business, insurance is just a vehicle that makes it possible.  Paying out claims really hurts their profits so they do everything possible to avoid that.😂
