34 tooth front pulley for 2015 CVO Street Glide
« on: May 20, 2025, 06:25:00 PM »

Hi all. I've searched the web but having trouble finding a 34 tooth front (transmission) drive pulley for my 2015 touring. It looks like the 2017+ M8 touring come with the 34 tooth pulley stock, but I'm not sure if the pulley splines will match my 2015? Anyone have some insight on this?
Thank you.

The stock front pulley shows 32 tooth, check with Andrew’s for a 34t, if you go that route you may have to change belts.
IIRC I did that change on my 2014 and modded my swing are to use the stock belt.

Fullsac had a “how to” with pictures some place . Try a search, maybe it’ll come up?

This helps. Kinda a long story but the short version is I'm doing a custom project where the drive belt has to much free play, which is why I'm wanting to add a few more teeth to the drive pulley. I'll check with Andrew's. Thank you.
