I have a 2016 cvo the cross member pipe is not fully open, how it was designed, is there an option to JUST buy a fully open circled cross member? Picture available.

If I recall correctly Harley only does the squeezed pipe for their crossovers, don't recall the particular years. Go with an aftermarket company for headpipe then you will get a full round crossover.

FuelMoto has a full round cross-over pipe. I've had it on my 2014 CVO Limited for almost 10 years now.
