Compression is still too high.
I am speaking about a design, the Tmax Alpha-N, that will not tolerate compression that high. There is no detonation control and just throttle position VS rpm control the spark advance. The stock ECU uses Speed Density which is far superior in high compression builds. Load (MAP) pressure is an important factor left out of the Tmax.

So would you say even with a dyno tune the i should use the factory ecu over the tmax ? Im moving toward a 124 build now but compression will still be at 11.2-1 static

Yes too high. 9.5:1 corrected would be safer with the tmax and truth be told very few dyno tuners will even mess with Tmax timing tables and all notice of detonation is difficult or impossible (remember ear protection is used) to hear and there is no data logging that will show detonation events that will provide good data for corrections.
You're all over the place and actually focusing and eliminating some of the root causes of issues will give you a long life build. First and foremost in the plan is a flash tuner, stock ecm, and a dyno facility that know how to properly leverage the power of the tools.

Reason for being kind all over the place is i started with the drago 580 and the shop made a mistake and heads were taken down to 90cc  0.060 removed so after tue forst failure i switched to the rs 627 to bring up the intake close #s . Now im starting over and my friend has a revaluation performance 124 kit sitting on tue shelf in his garage that can he had for free so keeps me from spending more $$ i have pumped 14k canadian into this thing so far and trying to get it back running as cheap as possible  but dont want to build another problem child.

Yes provided you have access to a qualified tuner that has a grasp on how to use it properly and give the engine what it wants. There are a few in Canada I am aware of one in Nanaimo (TTS Mastertune only) and another closer to Vancouver.

You talking about tmax or powervision ?

Powervision for the reasons I stated. Flashing the stock ECU offers many more features and safety in high heat and high load or bad gas situations.
