CAM OPINIONS for 2015 CVO Road Glide
« on: July 27, 2025, 11:51:03 PM »

Hi guys.  Looking for some recommendations to replace Feuling 574 cams on my 2015 CVO Road Glide 110” motor.

Bought this bike 2 years ago, about 40k miles, and the PO had a bunch of work done by Cycle Solutions.  Included Feuling 574 camchest, oil pump, HP+ lifters, pushrods, D&D 2-1 Fat Cat exhaust and ThunderMax tuner.

The bike runs strong at 3000+ but lacks torque down low.  I do mostly 2 up riding/touring so would like more power at 2000 or even below.  The bike runs great at high speed, has a great exhaust sound and I guess it’s nice to have the excess power of the 574’s at 5000 and up—but I rarely even get above 4000 rpm’s!  So would like to trade some of that unused top-end for more low-end grunt.

I’m thinking a cam with great low-end torque and that’s keeps pulling up to 4500 would be the perfect cam.  Here's my short list of contenders after a bunch of research:
Go back to the stock SE 255’s
  TTS 100
  Andrew’s 57
  Redshift 587

Any thoughts on these cams (or other mods) for my mostly stock build?

Yes, Andrews 54. I did this to my 110 and was very happy and got rid of the jackhammer SE255.

Upgraded my 2015 FLTRUSE - Stage II

Red Shift 587 Cams
S&S Lifters
SE Cam Plate with Oil Pump
Fuel Moto Adj. Pushrods
S&S Power Tune Head pipes
RTX Jackpot 4.5 Mufflers
Dyno Tuned - Results = 100.2 HP / 121.8 Torque

Runs great, gained just what I wanted, nothing crazy. Low end torque was my big thing and
I got it..

Have virtually the same curve as Dave with Fullsac 1.75 baffles and an Andrews 48 cam.  It’s a joy to ride in the 2-3000 rpm range.  Absolutely no lugging if you get below 2000 rpm in a turn.  I know this range is not good for the motor but sometimes it happens before you can downshift.
