Unable to stop Inner primary bearing seal from leaking.
« on: Yesterday at 05:45:57 AM »

Hi all,
My 07 CVO Road king has had the Baker high performance inner primary sealed bearing kit for about 6/7 years, but in the last 2 years have been unable to stop the seal from leaking, the latest attempt with new seal etc lasted for about 250 miles then has started leaking again, Have used several different makes of seal without success, any one know of any type of device that will catch the oil or any thing that might help manage the leak, have given up trying to stop it now (Costing me a fortune, gaskets, inner primary bolts etc). Thanks.

Likely not your problem but, just in case...

Is there any chance you're using the stock seal as your replacement?  With the Baker bearing kit you're eliminating the race so the seal with that kit has a smaller ID.
