Thouights On A 2026 CVO Tri Glide???
« on: August 25, 2025, 01:19:07 PM »

Hello all, it's been many moons since I've posted on the CVO Harley Forum.  Life just happens I guess.

As some will remember, I bought an '08 SERK in the pretty anniversary root beer color, wife still mad at me for trading off that pretty bike... :(  Then in Sturgis the next year, I saw the '09 SERG and loved the swoopy rear end and LED lights and had to have one.  I bought an '09 Orange and Black CVO Road Glide almost 17 years ago and just 27k miles later, I'm going to put it up for sale... :(

A new, "hopefully", CVO Tri Glide is in my future.

So, to my reason for posting.  Anyone know a pool boy that knows a pool boy with any insight into a possible CVO Trike for '26?  If there is a '26 CVO Tri Glide, I'M guessing that it will have the new Street Glide updated batwing fairing along with the new 12.3" Infotainment screen dash.  I've also heard rumors of a new adaptive cruise control being added.  Maybe even a 121" motor???

Any thoughts, guesses etc?

Thanks in advance, Dan

To the best of my knowledge they stopped making CVO Trikes in 2022. I haven’t heard of any plans to bring them back.

Awe, that's a shame.

But... They had 2000 - 2001 CVO Road Glides and then didn't come back out with one until 2009, my year.  With the demographics as they are now for Harley owners buying more high-end bikes and also aging with bad knees and bad hips, it would seem to me that having a CVO Tri Glide would be quite popular, albeit the most expensive, next to the RR, ever sold by Harley.

I guess if I had to, I could dress up a Tri Glide Ultra to be quite nice, but it would NEVER be a CVO.

I'll still keep my fingers crossed.

Thanks for the reply!!!

Heard from the pool boy's pool boy that the, YES, new 2026 CVO Tri Glide will be a Street Glide Trike.  No more Rushmore hold over items.  It will have the newly revised '24 Street Glide front end with a newly redesigned TourPak to match the more chiseled look of the Street Glide tank and front fairing.  Will also now have the 12.3" Infotainment system with at least a Stage II sound upgrade.  No more rear side pod speakers on the new TourPak.  They will be built into it in some manner.  Will be available in two paint schemes, a red/black/grey and a blue/grey.  The grey is maybe a bit more silver than grey.  All being pearlescent.

The next thing, 121" VVT CVO motors.  The rear solid axle will be retained, BUT..., it will now be a semi-independent rear suspension.  This will allow for one side wheel to go up/down without directly forcing the other side to follow.  This will be more like a car with a solid rear axle, not true independent with A-Arms, but WAY better than all of the previous years.  As far as the looks upgrade and rear suspension, the standard Trike will get all of that as well.

This is all speculation, wink wink, "IF" there's going to be a '26 CVO, wink wink.

Probably mid to high $50's for MSRP.

"IF" there's one in '26, I have my name on the first one at my dealership!

Will have to wait until closer to the first of January to see actual pictures.
