Heated Grips

My OEM heated grips died.... I'm looking for some thing a little different than what Harley offers.  Anyone have any suggestions on aftermarket grips that will work or should I stick with the Harley ones as they will be more of plug and play.

When the ones on my '06 CVO Ultra died, I went with the Avon heated grips.  I've been very happy with them.
