Hi Guys,

Have a chance to get a very low mileage (used) set of 117cu pistons and cylinders for my CVO110, but I know HD do more than one set, I think they do a set that requires case boring and one set that does not require boring the cases, Does anyone know the part number on the cylinders that do not require case boring, the part number on the cylinders I have been offered is 16530107.  Can anyone verify they will fit my CVO Road king. Thanks.

I don't know the answer to your question, but it would seem that without boring the cases those cylinder walls would be awful thin.

Your right the cylinder walls are very thin, but HD designed them with a different material to the normal cylinder liners, And as far as i`am aware they work well, not heard of any failures due to the wall thickness, just need to check the part numbers to get the correct ones.

I like and use the pistons but in most cases I bore the cases and use 4.125" bored out harley "bigger bore" 4.060 cylinders which forces a case bore. The cylinders spigots can be shortened some.

I can get hold of the cylinders and pistons and check the measurements, Would you happen to know the length, outside diameter of the spiggot on the HD SE 4.125 cylinders that fit the standard 110 case?

Unless the seller gives written proof that it fits your exact year and needs no machining, treat it as if case work is required.
