Bike has very low miles. when running oil leaks fron breather making puddle on ground when standing still & covering the timing cover & ehaust when running. Dealer says common situation, just use less oil. Have had 4 previous 117's with lots of miles. when oil was changed always filled to top dot on dipstick & never an oil problem. On this motor, oil is approx. 5 dots below top when cold & when hot, 3 dots below top when hot. I have been told by other dealers tjhat the breathers under the rocker box could be defective. I don't think tjhis is normal. any thouights?

Normal and common. But still shouldn't happen. My 2014 twin cam and 2019 m8 114 did not bleed. My 2020 117 is mild. There are several vent-to-ground solutions.
