If there was no cylinder work, the only break in would be the cams, probably run a 2 grand for a few minutes. So when you got the bike it should have been ready to go.
I agree with HD-dude, different cams.

The specs for you cams are on the site below.

BlueFlames, Sounds like you were misinformed by your dealer about what else needs to be done along with the cam swap. Yes, of course cams can be changed without doing any other mods, just like you can bolt anything else on, but the facts your dealer didn't tell you or should have told you are cams, heads and pistons ALL WORK TOGETHER to produce power. Changing just one may ( and did ) reduce power. And these 110 heads NEED some reworking to handle a larger cam. No use throwing more fuel into a head that can't handle it. Also going to a cam with more lift and duration will lower your compression. So a different piston to increase compression is needed. Or milling your heads and change head gaskits to a thinner one, which I don't really like. And finally the SE257 CAM is not a good choice for this motor. The SE258 or SE264 would be a better choice. Or you could go with Woods or Zippers cams made for this 110 motor. I am in the process of doing some mild mods to include cams, D & D Fatcats, SERT, some mild head work that can be done at the dealers, piston swap amd don't forget clearanceing the rocker boxs. If your interested in knowing how it comes out let me know. Hope this helps.
