kng103, I keep mine around 18-20# for two up....I weigh about the same as you.  I have largely ignored the owner's manuel and relied on what me and the wife felt was most comfy.

From memory the manuel recommends lower than what I do and alot of people on the site agree.  The max pressure is where the needle stops!! :huepfenlol2: :huepfenlol2: :huepfenlol2:
(Actually I don't know).  If you do not have one of the MOCO pumps I recommend you get one....they are only $40 and I use mine all the time.

The max pressure in the low profile air shocks that came on the '04 + '05 SEEG/2 is 50 PSI. The manual was in correct on the '04 and only stated 35 PSI.

I run my Road King at 15 psi around home, I don't change it for 2 up.  When I load up for bike week 2 up plus more luggage than I should probably haul, I change to 20 psi.  I have tried higher (up to 25) but the stiff suspension tend to make the ride a little rough.  I also replaced the lowered shocks that came on my bike with some oem takeoffs that I picked up for next to nothing on ebay.  This helped the ride a lot.

On my flhrsei2 which is usually ridden 2 up, I keep 25lbs  on the rear shocks.  I have tried as little as 15lbs and you can really tell the difference.

I rode with 15 psi in the front and 35 in the rear.  I'm 220 lbs. and often ride two up.  That's a little stiff but I like the more solid feel to my suspension due to my agressive riding style.........although that's mellowed in the past couple of years, considerably. If you do a search, there's a whole thread on this subject.......maybe in the SEEG forum since that was before the SEUC came out.

32 psi for me, I weigh in at 225ish and ride solo 99% of the time........my wife runs 22 in her SEEG.  Ignore the manual and go with what works best for your riding style.

Cheers,
B.

35 seems to work best for me and my wife in the SEEG.  I'm 210 and riding 2 up about half the time.
