Took the image and enhanced it some in that area.  The insert does look to be protruding.  Loose or never fully seated can't tell.  But it at least appears to be less than all the way in.

Gary, do you know whose bike that is you used the image of?  Obviously something new enough to have the HK radio with XM installed.  Also has that newest baby version of the HawgWired amp.  Bob is the only one of us I've actually talked to about installing that amp but this bike isn't his.

Whomever it is might take a look at this insert.  Just to be safe.

I had remembered seeing that bracket in the thread hd-dude first introduced that amp setup. See it here - Hawg-Wired "Direct Connect" System.

I'm an idiot Spyder.  Have had XM for a long time.  Never read their junk mail.  So if this had ever been explained I'd missed it.  Didn't have a clue...

Guess what's playing now :2vrolijk_21: .

OK

Pictures or crayon drawings please ..How does this work?

I started at the following link Scott:

http://www.xmradio.com

Once there find a link in the top right that is something like "listen online now."  If you don't already have an online membership tied to your account (I didn't) you'll have a few hoops to jump through.  You'll need the ident code out of one of your XM radios.

Ok, what's the 411 can you save/burn songs to MP3 format for free while connected to XM feed on computer?

OK, got the 411... too good to be true then it probably is. I put the XM on the 'puter this morning and looked up the Napster thing and there are two (at least) plans that have fees built in. I am not sure how they compare to the other download sites, but the info is here for you to see for yourself.  :2vrolijk_21:

How much does each membership cost?

XM+Napster - For a monthly fee of $9.95 (billed directly by Napster), you will be able to download an unlimited number of tracks for use on your computer as long as your membership is current. You can also purchase individual tracks. If you elect to purchase tracks, you will be charged as little as $0.80 a track and as low as $6.95 an album (standard album price is $9.95).
XM+Napster Light - There is no charge for using Napster Light, unless tracks are purchased You must purchase tracks in order to download them. The cost to download tracks is $0.99 per track. The cost to download an album is $6.95 and above. The standard price of an album is $9.95.

I used the Zumo on the NYC trip. I planned a route to NYC with Howie's help that minimized traffic jams for this country boy. (He had me bypass Manhatten). I mostly got there w/o a bobble. I say mostly because along the way I decided to take Cheri to a chili's for dinner. We located one on the zumo, and it got us close...BUT, far enough away that it was really aggrevating. We circled around for quite a bit trying to find it. It kept telling us we were there, but we weren't. I was frigging determined to find it. Chili's was harder to get to than Howie's house in Queens.

The whole mapquest thing is handy, but there is a learning curve to it.

You will need to unzip the zip file and copy those files into another folder/directory. POI Loader probably is unable to read/retrieve them out of a zip file.

Billy,
The following will be a series of screen shots explaining what I mean about getting the files out of the zip folder into another folder/directory.

First shot will be the H-D POI Zip file on my desktop.
